Returns & Exchanges

 All original, one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at abigail-lockett@outlook.com

• Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork so we can assess the issue.

• Please return the piece back to us, once received, we will offer a full refund 

Custom & Commissioned Work

All custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
